There is something about a paper bag waist that intrigues me. Maybe it’s because it’s a rule-breaker. To create a paper bag waist, I scrunch a bunch of fabric around the smallest part of my waist and cinch it there with a belt. It creates bulk in a place I usually try to make look smaller.
