By now we’ve all heard how good it is for our bodies and minds to go outdoors and experience nature. The pandemic made this challenging for some, and sometimes it’s a challenge just because life is what it is. Even if you can’t get out in nature, spending time gazing at a picture of it can have some benefit to your brain. That’s why I’ve created this space: to provide a place to breathe in nature, even if you’re stuck indoors for whatever reason.
Below is a gallery of photos I have taken in my travels and in my daily life. Click on one to fill your eyes with that photo and spend time in that environment. If you can, use your imagination to breathe in the fresh air, feel the breezes on your face, hear the birds singing or the waves rolling in. Feel free to enhance it with a natural soundtrack of your choosing. I’ve provided sound options from Spotify under the photo gallery. Enjoy this space as a place of stillness and peace.
